Face Data for Enhancement: As this App utilizes facial recognition for photo enhancement, we employ unique facial recognition technology to detect key facial points in the images you provide. This analysis is performed on our servers to achieve the desired enhancements. Critically, we only analyze anonymous data derived from your images. This facial data is not uploaded or disclosed elsewhere without your explicit consent and is used solely for the purpose of providing the enhancement features within the App.
Information Sent by Your Browser/Device: We may also collect information sent by your iOS device when you use our Services, such as hardware model, OS information and version, language and country settings.
Statistical Tools for Improvement: We integrate statistical tools for crash reporting and A/B testing of new features and UI design to enhance user experience. This includes:
Application Information: App Name, Version Number, Build, SDK Name, SDK Version.
Device Information: Model, Screen Size, OEM Name.
Device System Information: OS Name, OS Version, OS Build, System Language, Time Zone, Carrier Country, Carrier Name.
Location Information: Locale, Country Area (This is generally derived from your device settings and IP address, not precise GPS location unless explicitly requested and permitted for specific features in the future).
1.2 iOS Permissions
Photos Permission (Media Library Access): When you use the photo enhancement feature, we require your permission to access your Photos library to allow you to select photographs for editing and to save the finished photographs back to your library. This permission is solely for editing and saving photos initiated by you. We do not automatically access, collect, modify, or delete any other photos or videos in your library. We will collect your selected photographs to our server for processing when you choose to enhance them. We commit to using these photos within reasonable limits, and the collected photos will be permanently deleted from our servers within 7 days.
1.3 Customer Service and Support
When you contact us for feedback or support via email, we will collect your name, email address, and the content of your communication to effectively address your inquiries and provide assistance. We will retain this information only as long as necessary for these purposes.
2. How We Use Your Personal Data
